THE PRESIDENTAL BUILDING
This ornate building was built by the Japanese during their colonial rule. Visitors are allowed to tour the gardens and visit the exhibits on the ground floor. The rest of the building is off-limits, except during a few days each year. The building is often decorated to celebrate National holidays.
THE GRAND HOTEL
There are many hotels on the island, far too numerous to list. But there is only one Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel was the first five star hotel built on the island. 
It rises up from the hills just north of the city and commands an impressive view. Its spacious grounds provide ample room to wander about. A great choice for dinning as it has ten different eateries in the building. It can be reached by either bus or taxi.
